Former national swimmer & active MMA fighter, Ryan overcame knee ligament injuries, torn rotator cuff tendons, elbow surgery, fractures, and even mild concussions. His journey shaped a unique perspective on safe training.
Ryan’s firsthand recovery experiences make him deeply empathetic. He guides every client with clear steps, strong encouragement, and careful, informed progression. He believes that with the right training approach, many soft-tissue injuries can improve significantly and allow people to return to moving confidently and pain-free.
In addition to being a personal trainer, Ryan has been a swim coach since 2017 and has structured programs for kids, adults, and seniors, ranging from complete beginners and competitive swimmers, to seniors with chronic illnesses (stroke, arthritis, asthma, etc.)
ACE-certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist, Ryan ensures you’re seen and supported. Training is always personal, safe, and confidence-building.
